Our offer ranges from short advisory sessions to full production support; some services are reserved for represented clients, while others are available to non-represented creators on a paid basis.
Filming & Production
Practical production services for short films, promos and branded content – camera crews, lighting, location support and on-set production management. Available as a charged service or as part of end-to-end development for represented projects.
Cinematography Consultancy
Advisory on visual storytelling, camera systems, shot composition and production workflows – helping directors and producers achieve cinematic clarity and rhythm.
Editing & Post Production
Hands-on editing services and editorial consultancy: narrative pacing, continuity, technical edit workflows, colour grading and finishing. We provide both advisory sessions and charged edit packages.
Table Reads with Represented Cast
Full table reads using actors from our representation roster. Ideal for script development, dramaturgy and early staging. We manage casting from our roster, rehearsal coordination, and provide a recorded readback and feedback notes.
Availability: For represented clients as part of development; available to non-represented creators as a charged service where appropriate.
Book Editing & Development
Structural editing, developmental mentoring, copyediting and proofreading. Full editorial development is offered to authors we represent; limited editorial packages are available to non-represented authors as paid services.
Typesetting & Layout
Professional book layout, typography and file preparation for print and digital formats. Offered as a project service or as part of full publishing development for represented authors.
Music Production & Mentorship
Creative mentorship, production oversight and release strategy for artists represented by our agency. We coordinate recording sessions and mixing/mastering through a partner organisation that runs an artist development programme; distribution is handled via a partner distributor.
Recording, Mixing & Mastering (Partner)
We work with a trusted partner for studio time, engineering and mixing/mastering. These services are available to represented artists as part of development, and to non-represented artists via paid packages arranged through our Services team.
Distribution & Release Support (Partner)
Distribution and platform release are delivered through a partner distributor. We manage release strategy, metadata, and campaign coordination to help projects reach listeners and readers.
Advisory Sessions & Workshops
Short, focused consultancy sessions – creative direction, producer coaching, and technical guidance. Annarie and other senior staff run bespoke sessions for producers and directors looking to develop their own projects or build in-house capability.
Who we work with
Full development: End-to-end project development (mentorship, production oversight, editorial development, design and release planning) is offered to creators represented by Tapping Frog.
Services for non-represented creators: A la carte paid services – filming, editing, typesetting, copyediting, studio sessions and release support – are available via our Services offering. We will always be clear about scope, timelines and fees before work begins.
Our approach
We combine creative development with practical delivery. Consultancy at Tapping Frog is collaborative and hands-on: we refine craft, streamline workflows and provide the technical skills needed to finish projects to a professional standard. Where appropriate we coordinate partner specialists for studio work and distribution, and we manage those relationships on behalf of clients.
