Tapping Frog is led by a small team whose work spans all three strands. Each of them has a fuller profile on the site where they work.

Annarie Boor

Annarie Boor APTD, PGCT, QTS

Co-Founder, Head of Education & Creative Production

Annarie co-founded Tapping Frog and leads its education and creative production work. She began performing professionally at the age of eight, trained in performing arts and film, and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching at the Royal Academy of Dance. Her career has threaded performing arts, education and film together from the start, from building programmes internationally to leading performing arts at Cayman International School.

A QTS-registered teacher and SEND specialist, she works with children and young people whose needs stretch beyond what conventional classroom practice can reach, and was chosen by students to receive a Jack Petchey Leader Award in 2026. As an award-winning writer, director and producer she has made feature films with Tapping Frog, and she leads Mentor Through Film, shaping how productions are made and how people are supported to do their best work in them.
